To me there is nothing more exciting than possibility.
The possibility of achieving great things, becoming all that you can be, meeting great people & having amazing experiences after all that is what life is all about...stories.
Recently I went to the USA for a course to suspend my disbelief.
I learnt from a guy who had set up probably the most successful startup clinic ever going from 0 to 1 million in one year and to 3.5million in 3 years. He clearly outlined many strategies that he utilised and how he plans to replicate this in his second clinic. You have to see the organisation to believe it. Amazing - thank you Dr Scott Leune.
The internet is full of examples of amazing people achieving amazing things...but there is nothing stronger in my experience than actually seeing it happen with your own eyes.
For me belief strengthens when we see...they say the human mind once stretched never returns to its original dimensions. It's so true...
So take the time to challenge a belief....look up someone doing what you consider to be impossible and then imagine what your life would be like if you could do that thing...
Challenge yourself.
Exciting eh? :) But it wouldn't be fair to you if I didn't do the same.
My current impossible belief - was that it is impossible to be vegan, physically strong & a dynamic entrepreneur when you are on the move all the time.
Careful examination of this reveals the following excuses
1. Not having the time to prepare meals -we all have time some just use it better than others. I definitely have time that I don't use productively that could be used. EXCUSE!
2. Lack of credible role model-thanks to http://www.sethigherstandards.com/ & http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/ two sites I came across recently those excuses have gone too.
3. Fear- fear of failing to keep a promise to myself. I'm more afraid of not fulfilling my potential so lets knock this one on the head.
Challenge yourself!
